Rhythm is the ‘language’ for dance within different dancing cultures across the world. I want to investigate whether this Rhythm and the dancing body is not only related to the ‘inherent’ language, but when considered cross-culturally, also holds ‘traces’ of their dancing background, imbued through their dance learning, a ‘Rhythm Heritage’
